An Assembly meeting was held at H K Acharya & Company, HK Avenue, 19, Swastik Society, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on 14th November 2013. At the said meeting, a discussion on the official club visit scheduled for 17th November, 2013 was held. The Assistant Governor (Zone A-2) Rtn. Mr. Manu Thapar President over the meeting. He was provided guidance on the correct protocol for the reception of the DG Dr. Gyaneshwar Rao on his official club visit. The meeting concluded with the singing of the National Anthem. The members departed after partaking of refreshments.
