An Assembly Meeting was held at H K Avenue, 19, Swastik Society, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad form 7:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., on 19th November, 2015.
· The AG Rtn. Mr. Prem Bomb provided guidance on the correct protocol for the reception of the DG CA Lalit Sharma on his official club visit.
· Discussion and planning for the Official Club Visit on 27th November, 2015
· Discussion and planning for the future projects and membership.
· Any Other Suggestion from the Chair.
The meeting concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
